Helping your neighbours with AI
Sit with a real person and their real problem. Use AI to draft, then check it yourself and stand behind it.
- Prepares you for
- This is not work from the Work list. It is service you deliver where you live. The record you keep of it is what an outcome payer can check. Nobody here can promise you that payer.
- What you learn
- You take the problems people really bring. A pension that did not arrive. A form nobody can read. A rejection letter. You use an assistant to draft and translate. Then you check the rules at the department's own page. You keep a record of the case, and you say what you will not take on.
- Why this order
- Listening comes first, because most cases are not the case the person named. Doing it properly comes next. Turning it into a service you can repeat comes last.
