Weak approach Photographs the passbook and the Aadhaar letter and sends both into the chat, asking for a good grievance.
Stronger approach Types one line: a bank account shows a different spelling from the identity paper, and a grievance is needed. Keeps both papers on the table.
Why the stronger approach works Both get a usable draft. Only one of them hands a stranger's identity papers to a service nobody in the room controls. Those papers cannot be taken back.
