Keep a learning circle honest

What this lesson is about

Run a small group where nobody is ranked, nobody is shamed, and the quiet person still gets a turn.

Your Sunday circle has eight members. One answers before anybody else speaks, and two have said nothing for three weeks. What do you do?

Why this matters

Teaching has to keep the person at the centre, not only the subject. A circle that shames somebody loses that person first and the honest questions second. Both losses are quiet, and neither shows in the attendance.
