Why this matters
A voice is personal, and a clip is hard to pull back once it is inside a training set. The check happens before use.
Three things to remember
- No usable clip without a consent record naming the purpose.
- Public circulation is not permission.
- Keep speaker, date, purpose and collector with the clip.
