How to read the scale
Each rule below is scored from 0 to 5. Three points carry a written line: 0, 3 and 5. Work that sits between two of them takes the point in between.
A reviewer records one of three marks. This is the whole mapping:
Not met — 0 or 1
Partly — 2 or 3
Met — 4 or 5

The brief

A mobile-accessories shop in Sambalpur wrote this task for an AI project. A customer brings back a power bank on day 9, with the bill. It will not charge. The shop's own policy has two lines. Exchange within 7 days, with the bill. A defect within 15 days goes to the brand's service centre, through the shop. The task asks what the counter staff should do. Three replies came back. Write the reference answer, then mark the three.
