Why this matters
The person answering has many batches and little time. A question carrying one example and one decision gets answered; a general complaint waits.
Three things to remember
- Attach one real example and name the two readings it allows.
- Ask for one decision, not for general clarification.
- Say what you will do if no answer comes before the deadline.
